Distributor Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Distributors operate as independent business partners.

2. Products are purchased at wholesale prices and resold at retail prices.

3. Distributor starter packages are offered in Mini, Standard and Premium levels; content and pricing are agreed individually.

4. Products must be sold at or above the recommended retail price unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Misrepresentation of products, pricing or brand identity is prohibited.

6. Opened products are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Distributors are responsible for compliance with local laws, taxes and regulations.

8. PB Unique reserves the right to terminate cooperation in case of misuse of the brand or breach of terms.
